My client is one of the biggest growing fashion retailers in Europe. Launched just under 10 years ago they have gone from strength to strength and their dominance in the eCommerce space shows no sign of letting up. They have an extremely multi-cultural office, and a fast paced environment. Their culture as a company is truly like no other.

The Role

Due to growth in one of their biggest categories they are now looking for somebody from a fast fashion background who is experienced in merchandising planning to join their team. Reporting directly into the Head of Womenswear this is a highly analytical role so it is perfect for somebody who is data driven.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Buying to develop a pre-season and in-season strategy for over 250 suppliers
• Drive performance across a number of different markets/territories
• Trading decisions based on performance – optimising profit and stock turn
• Lead a team of 6 – look at team building and developing careers to drive team success.
• Training and coaching junior members
