Online Trading Manager

My client is an iconic British fashion retailer, based in London. They are looking for an Online Trading Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for driving and managing growth across the trading division. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in online trading within a fashion business, and will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and skill in driving sales and profit growth.

Responsibilities

• Report & monitor sales, key metrics and promotions
• Weekly reporting for both the UK & EU operation
• Develop, execute & manage the long term trading strategy
• Analyse trading patterns
• Ensure trading is supported by the digital marketing strategy for all trafficked channels
• Ensure launch dates are achieved and all product details are localised
• Ownership of on-site merchandising
• Ensure the site is visual merchandised
• Manage the trade team

Experience Required

• Previous experience working in an online trader, preferably within fashion
• Analytical and numerical with superior reporting skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
