Senior eCommerce Manager – Start Up FMCG

Our client are a leading FMCG brand who are currently looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager in a newly created role to develop their online strategy for a brand new product stream. Currently, a team of four but with a business led backing in the digital space to develop this team they will be responsible for nurturing their key accounts, pure-plays, and multichannel retailers to strengthen their online proposition.

Role:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Act as partner to all commercial, marketing and brand teams within the business
• Use data to deliver media excellence
• Own all online channels
• Use data and insight to develop new sales
• Ensure alignment with brand, marketing and digital teams – be a key advocate for eCommerce
• Integrate eCommerce into brands business plans
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in a FMCG or retailer
• Data driven
• Strong commercial focus
• Experience in building and managing a team
• Influence at Board level – stakeholder management
• Strong eCommerce background
