Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager

My client, a quintessentially British fashion, accessories and homeware brand, are now looking for an energetic and passionate Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager, to join their team based in Central London.

Responsible for the commercial performance of the brands ecommerce channels, the successful candidate will focus on driving and executing the overall ecommerce business, in line with the brands business goals and marketing strategy. Further to this, the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager will:

• Be responsible for total ecommerce trade for the Accessorize brand, managing week on week trading
• Actively trade the online channel, ensuring product availability, content and marketing are optimised to achieve increased online sales
• Liaise with the Front end Development Team to ensure website is updated according to the plans
• Liaise with design, creative, photo studio and content team to ensure delivery to the site
• Liaise with the Supply Chain teams on key activities, peak periods, ecommerce packaging, returns processing, cancellations and delivery proposition
• Liaise with Merchandising teams and retail teams in decision making around fashion finder to ensure cancellations are monitored to below the KPI
• Work with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager around traffic to site to ensure that KPI’s are delivered, and ensure all SEO activity is supported
• Drive site optimisation in areas such as search, funnel effectiveness etc
• Drive the onsite functionality improvements through the IT team
• Help Shape the Accessorize digital roadmap
• Develop personalisation and execute on site working with the Marketing Director
• Develop and manage relationship with buying teams and merchandisers to expand range available and maximise availability
• Build effective relationships with other functions to operate effectively; such as counterparts in Monsoon, supply chain, finance etc
• Support on joint business planning, forecasting process as required
• Ensure team work in an agile manner and implement culture of continuous improvements
• Work with the Merchandising teams to ensure robust plans to drive category / trade business plan across the channels are in place
• Work with the Marketing Director to develop promotional strategy, and drive promotional execution as well as working closely with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager
• Ensure the ecommerce business has agreed KPIs/Okr’s
• Responsible for the on-line customer satisfaction for the Accessorize brand
• Liaise with the Customer Services Manager to ensure customer issues and performance
• Liaise with the international team to understand the partner trading stance in relation to web international trade

The Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager must;

• Possess 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• GA knowledge
• Web Platform Experience
• Strong third party management (delivery & implementation)
• Be analytical & data driven
• Track record of successful platform management and project delivery
• Be aware of working pace, energetic and passionate
• Possess an ability to coach and develop a successful team
• Be a great communicator and decision maker
• Be resilient with a natural curiosity
• Customer focused
• A problem navigator , solutions driven and determined to get things done
• Someone who is able to articulate a vision and take the team on the journey, as well as offer inspiring internal support as required to meet shared goals
