The Role

This role will look after the day to day trade strategy, with a small team and access to all other departments. Top level expectations:

• Ownership over the weekly trade/promotional strategy, actively trading the channel and ensuring everything is optimised to increase sales
• The chance to shape the digital roadmap
• Drive onsite optimisation, site functionality & personalisation on site
• Liase with design, content, dev, digital marketing, merch etc for delivery, launches updates etc
• Mentor and develop a small team – getting the best out f them and letting them grow themselves

You

This is a great role for someone who wants a mix of strategy, management and hands on work. You will need:

• Min 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced retail business.
• Very strong leadership skills – able to coach and develop a small team.
• Strong ability to influence and work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
• Advanced level experience with Excel and GA
• Experience with third party management
