This British born, award winning brand are looking for someone to drive key growth across Amazon and other ecommerce third parties. Their products are natural and cruelty free and the business is going through an exciting period of growth and global expansion. They’re also a digital first business. Great team, lots of scope and they offer flex working up to 3 times a week.

The Role

Working with the leadership team, you will own all Amazon and third party accounts, taking responsibility for maximizing sales and growth:

• Define the UK and international Amazon and third party strategy.
• P&L ownership and accountability.
• Manage all trade and digital marketing activity in line with ROI objectives.
• Seasonal forecasting and planning
• On board any new online partnerships.
• Provide on-going reports and analysis on key business metrics
• Own all trading and campaigns across platforms – driving growth, engagement and revenue.
• Develop team members.

You

This role requires someone with a solid background managing Amazon accounts. Ideally from beauty but other retail led industries will be considered. You’ll need:

• Demonstrable experience in Amazon Ads, Vendor and Seller platforms, with a proven track record in key growth.
• Knowledge and management of other third party partners.
• Experience in data driven attribution and other measurement theories.
• Strong leadership – both team management and working with stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast paced business.
