Analytics & Insight Manager

A global consumer organisation are looking for an Analytics & Insight Manager to join the growing Marketing & Analytics team. You will lead the development of strategy focussing on all things marketing – Price, Product, Place and Promotional activity to relevant customer segments, concentrating on building value & loyalty and an overall good customer experience!

You will work closely with the CRM & Insight team to analyse all campaign performance to drive more personalised communications to the ever-growing customer base. The position does require an understanding of analytical techniques and tools (SAS or SQL) however 50% of the role will focussing on strategy and the day to day management of the team.

Analytics Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the quality and delivery of all end to end campaign reports ensuring all reporting includes clear insight and recommendations on future campaigns
  • Deliver of all data driven customer analytics, reporting and campaign metrics
  • Championing CRM analytics, using customer insights from the marketing team and other functions of the business
  • Provide a systematic approach to customer lifecycle management through segmented and personalised customer treatments.
  • Influence and advise senior stakeholders in Marketing and Sales on optimal marketing and channel spend

Analytics Manager Experience

  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret data and produce high level insight in order to understand opportunities, challenges and potential risks
  • Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
  • Experience of SAS or SQL
  • Experience of using customer insight and statistical models for developing contact plans, allocating customer investment, targeting communications and developing propositions
