Salt is excited to partner with one of Britain’s largest telecom companies on a new and exciting role for a Product Strategist Principal to support them with the exciting growth of an internal digital incubation hub project. In this role, you will discover and establish new product ideas. This role is cross functional and requires a suitable candidate to work on product management, strategy support, product marketing and research.

To be successful in this role you will possess strong business acumen and lateral thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage potential product opportunities.
• Create problem statements through desk research and customer feedback.
• Work collaboratively with product development teams to progress products from trial through to completion.
• Carry out interviews, focus groups, surveys to qualify the feasibility of the product.
• Conduct competitor research, to ensure product is superior.
• Identify and high impact research questions and opportunities whilst driving strategic design decisions
• Assist with communicating the progress of the products to the businesses stakeholders.

Qualifications / experience / skills:

• Strong experience in product marketing or product management at a startup or agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
