Salary up to £45,000

SALT is working with a well-established agency that is looking for an Account Manager to support in creative campaign building with a focus on OOH, Digital, Social, TV and Print.

The Account Manager will:

· Oversee and develop creative briefs.

· Manage the plan and logistics for the briefs alongside the project managers.

· Assist with the financial planning for the project, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget, highlighting any potential complications.

· Collaborate and manage communication with the client in the form of weekly client meetings and communicate the progress made.

· Identify potential business opportunities and alongside the AD support these being actioned.

The ideal candidate will:

· Be currently working as an Account Manager.

· Experienced in managing and leading a team (you will be managing a team of Account Executives).

· Strong communication skills and confidence in their influencing skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify potential business development opportunities.
