B2B Growth Marketing Lead – £60-75K plus equity and bonus – London

THE COMPANY
My client is a small start-up, that has just passed series A funding and have a powerful vision to enable businesses and individuals to establish trust online.
Currently they are giving businesses the tools they need to automate and digitalise the onboarding, verification and management of their customers – that means customers can be onboarded in real-time, without ever having met in person.

The Role
They’re looking for their first marketing hire and this person will be focused on one main objective… GROWTH. You will take ownership of developing their customer acquisition strategy through a number of channels including organic and paid; and by building an effective demand generation strategy that helps put the brand on the map and equipping the sales team to get results.
Data will be at the centre of how you work, and whilst managing all channels, you’ll be working to build a clear picture on who their audiences are and how best to target them with the best possible ROI outcome.

Skills & Experience:

• You’ll have at least 5-7 years’ experience as a B2B marketer who has a firm understanding of the SaaS landscape
• You will have worked and be comfortable working in the small business/start-up environment
• You’ll be highly commercial, analytical and love data
• You will have proven results of where previous demand led campaigns have resulted in solid ROI
• Good experience and understanding of SEO & Adwords
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics with some knowledge of Google Tab Manager ideally
• Good with content writing and an understanding of how to enhance a brand via social channels.
