B2B Marketing Manager – Key Accounts

The Company
My client offers a market-leading products and services across four core capabilities: Loyalty, Travel Experiences, Insurance and Assistance.

The Role
Working within the Travel Experiences team, this role has responsibility for the development, execution and delivery of the marketing communications plan for the key global clients.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Developing the global key client communications plan and contact strategy, working with client teams and commercial leads, as well as supporting marketing communications functions within the division and broader business.
• Taking ownership for client staff engagement activities
• Creating and maintaining a rolling content calendar for key global client’s based on Travel Experiences product releases, marketing campaigns and other key Group-wide initiatives.
• Managing key stakeholders and assisting with measurement of KPIs
• Production and delivery of client communications and marketing support materials which includes briefing notes, e-mail bulletins, training materials, educational videos, partner marketing collateral / toolkits, merchandise, events participation.

Key Skills and Experience

• Min 5-7 years’ experience in a channel / partner marketing, b2b marketing communications or CRM role.
• Financial services, fintech or relevant travel background – knowledge of the payments industry and marketplace strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in marketing and financial services trends and developments, particularly in terms of customer and digital trends.
• Exceptional project management, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
• Experience of CRM / database management would be advantageous.
