Are you a Marketing Manager with strong experience in developing brand marketing strategy? My client is looking for a strong Beauty Marketing Manager to join their team and lead the brand propositions and marketing to drive all commercial results within beauty. This is ideal for someone who has a beauty background or fashion/retail background looking to make a step into the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the brand marketing strategy for beauty category
• Oversee the end to end delivery of customer and category propositions
• Support the business commercial agendas and act on market conditions to deliver commercial objectives
• Work closely with the VM team to develop an improved and joined up costumer experience in-store.
• Effectively deliver the 12-18 month brand strategy
• Work with the wider marketing team to ensure all brand activity is carried out effectively
• Create stand out briefs and manage large budgets to reflect the overall strategy and priorities of the business areas

Experience required

• Previously have worked in a beauty brand with significant experience in brand strategy
• Strong stakeholder management experience and effective influencing skills
• Commercially driven
• Strong experience in the beauty industry
