Brand Activation Lead

My client is looking for an exceptional brand marketer, with an entrepreneurial drive to occupy this role to both define and deliver all Brand and Special Events activity across all of their territories.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, visual identity and bringing the brand to life in everything they do – from marketing, to the website, retail, experiential and partnerships as well as internally.

You’ll be critical for driving their evolving narrative to ensure we’re successful in not only our business strategy but our brand strategy too. You will be a key player in key strategic projects not only for the business but more broadly too across the group.

You’ll touch every facet of the organization working with cross-functional teams across all territories they have a presence in today -UK, Europe and North America, with more on the horizon, actively driving the brand purpose throughout the business.

Day to Day…

    • Full accountability for the brand strategy, identity and guidelines to ensure full integrity of how the brand manifests across all touchpoints, to suit all territories they operate within
    • Responsible for the development and delivery of several high profile group brand projects led by the Marketing Director
    • Accountable for the development and delivery of their brand licensing strategy
    • Accountable for developing the Events strategy to support the wider brand plan developed by the Marketing Director, supported by a Special Events Manager
    • Accountable for upholding the brand visual integrity and consistency across all territories supported by a Global Brand Manager
    • Develop global brand toolkits including co-brand guidelines to ensure their brand is consistently manifested with partner brands.
    • Develop the skillset, behaviours and capability of your team to succeed.
    • Developing the brand guidelines and optimising Creation of brand photography encompassing lifestyle and product requirements, and other brand assets as required
    • Day to day shared management of the Events agency and responsible for the output of a small 3rd party copywriting team.
    • Support the team by providing leadership and role modelling to more junior members of the wider Marketing team
    • Stakeholder management across the organisation to share plans and hold regular brand and TOV workshops, maintaining and improving the reputation of the wider Marketing team
    • Agency management – able to deliver positive and constructive feedback in a timely way
