The Company and Role

My client is a FinTech startup who are aiming to help how children think about money. After a successful launch in the UK they are now looking for somebody to come on board and lead the marketing campaigns.

They are looking for someone to report into the Head of Marketing to project manage campaigns across the full remit of Brand, Social, PR, CRM, Performance channels.

Main Job Responsibilities

· Own the full remit of Campaign Management from campaign planning to the ongoing cycle of campaign development.

· Work closely with the Brand team and copywriters to unite campaign messaging, brand and product positioning.

· Manage the campaign roadmap, running campaign kick-off meetings, managing production and deployment through JIRA.

· Align marketing campaigns to objectives. Campaign areas will include: BAU conversion-oriented campaigns, promotions, brand, content and business partnership campaigns.

· You’ll own and manage performance teams landing page AB testing and MVT plans.

Key Skills and Experience

* 5+ years of marketing campaign management.

* Knowledge and experience of the key aspects that make a successful marketing campaign to meet different KPI’s eg awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention.

* An expert multi-tasker who is able to bring together business projects and assess priorities.

* Experience managing landing page conversion rate optimisation and AB testing.

* Experience using JIRA.
