Looking for a Catalogue Planner to join a global cosmetic brand based in Central London.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage a global catalogue plan
• Work closely with the Global Communications and Catalogue Manager to drive the development and delivery of Digital uncatalogued globally
• Responsible for ordering of paper and liaising with printers and warehouse for production and delivery
• Ensure there is enough stock of catalogues
• Assist with all other print and digital materials when needed
• Work on costs and budgets for catalogues
• Work with printers and the sourcing team to ensure best price of catalogues
• Work with external agencies

Experience required:

• Ideally will have experience in a beauty or fashion brand (open to other industries)
• Project management experience and stakeholder management
• Previous experience working with suppliers – able to feedback and build strong relationships
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Worked in the Direct Selling industry would be an advantage
