My client is a well known FinTech company who focus on peer to peer lending. They are a future-thinking company with a number of new and exciting products underway making now a great time to join. Based in London Bridge they are now looking for a Communications Director.

The Role
In this brand new role, the Communications Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the internal and external communication strategy.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute both the internal and external communication strategy.
• Create strong and long-lasting relationships both within the industry and in the press
• Ensure all messaging is consistent, positive and in line with the brand.
• Measure and track communications to gain a good understanding of what good looks like.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong PR, corporate messaging and internal communications background.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with change
