Customer Marketing Communications Manager

Greater London Contract / 6 Months + £200 - £250.00 per day

I am currently recruiting for a leading energy and services company, who are looking for a Customer Communications Marketeer to come on board and support their Marketing and Communications Team.

This is a 6 month initial contract position that is likely to extend, working on-site.

Day Rate: up to £250 a day via Limited or Umbrella Company

Start Date: ASAP

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to support the Customer Communications team, to produce comms on and off line for existing customers

You’ll be joining a team of people united in living the company’s values, doing the right thing for customers, keeping things simple and being extraordinary together.


  • Delivering exceptional multi – channel customer facing communications to existing customers, achieving successful campaign development and delivery
  • Responsible for ensuring that all communications are created/amended to meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • Influence and manage stakeholder relationships to drive and measure strategic and operational change across the Business that is compliant and customer centric
  • Develop excellent customer communications based on strategic, commercial and competitive environment and prioritise work across several initiatives on an ongoing basis
  • The ability to write operational copy on a variety of digital and print outlets
  • Manage and report project spend across relevant business case driven change

Skills Needed:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to create and deliver innovative and substantive written or creative changes in business processes to drive best in class communication
  • Strong industry knowledge across customer experience, regulation, document composition, print capability, postal markets and digital platforms
  • Copy writing
  • Exceptional written and communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal / influencing and negotiation skills that will enable a consistent approach to change
  • Experience of designing, creating and delivering best in class customer communications
