Digital Acquisition Director

I have partnered with a global media company on a Digital Director search, this is a newly created role reporting into the General Manager and will lead the digital acquisition strategy for the business.

This is a key leadership role working across the business, both developing the digital proposition and leading a number of teams and agencies.

The role:

The Digital Acquisition Director will be solely responsible for delivery of the digital strategy across the business. This role requires a solid understanding of performance and content marketing as well as e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the digital transformation across the digital marketing team and the agency requirements.

• Set and execute annual, quarterly and individual campaigns to deliver a clearly defined plans for how the brands should best achieve their business and audience targets
• Lead a team that ensures direct and digital customer journeys are optimised to maximise customer experience and business targets, delivering results while maximising efficiency
• Create and execute plans to grow the volume and revenue of both casual and subscription sales
• Key stakeholder working with internal and agency teams to identify and shape future digital propositions, and the pathway to delivery
• To be a strong leader and manager, managing change while building the capability and capacity of the team, supporting their development and growth
