Communications Partner

The Company
My client is one of the largest property companies in London. They are located in Central London and have about 900 people in their office and therefore this role is a key role for them.

The Role
They require a Communications Partner to protect and promote a positive image of the business through a range of communications.

Main Job Responsibilities

• To act as an account manager for the Community Investment Team and ensure a strategic approach to marketing communications activities to meet business objectives, providing expert advice and solutions to staff at all levels.
• To work independently to provide engaging, high quality communications to key audiences, including customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
• To manage and implement communications projects and campaigns for the Group’s Investment Team programme using the full marketing mix, ensuring activities are delivered to meet objectives and within budget. This includes: a. Campaigns: multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve Community Investment objectives. b. Information: Community Investment standard materials, digital content and publications.
• To evaluate, analyse and report on the performance of campaigns and identify future opportunities.
• To promote and monitor the Group’s corporate identity, house style and production assets to ensure brand consistency and conformity throughout customer materials.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience of independently managing and delivering communications, PR and/or marketing plans and projects, including research, goal setting and evaluation.
• Effective stakeholder management and engagement skills; taking a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, providing advice and solutions, reaching agreement, and delivering to expectation.
• Ability to effectively use a range of tools and tactics to support delivery of communications campaigns, including: creative design, direct mail, email marketing, media relations, publications, social media, websites/intranet.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, proofreading skills for different audiences and online/offline purposes
• Basic to intermediate desktop design and brand management skills, using Adobe Creative Suite, for example InDesign.
