Salt have partnered with a global fashion and beauty giant, who are looking for a Digital Event Coordinator to join their team on an initial 2 month contract. This will be a quick hiring process as they are looking for someone to start immediately.
The digital events coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day set up and planning of digital
events across the clients website and all social platforms. This position reports into the Digital
Events Manager and will closely work with the Pro Artistry Team, Virtual Services, and the wider Digital Team including
Trade, Performance Marketing and Partnerships to ensure seamless execution of online events. Coordinating all shoppable digital events across social and website, this is a critical role to help shape their social
commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical setup and build of each event on all .com and social platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey and continued customer acquisition
- In charge of all product and internal orders for all events, including BAU, Influencer, and VIP
- Work with internal key stakeholders to ensure resource and alignment for every event by establishing rotas and ensuring coverage across all areas. Accurately Briefing all stakeholders involved in each event
- Maintain, manage and support developing the Global event calendar ensuring company wide initiatives are accounted for while incorporating seasonal trends and focusing on commercial opportunities.
- Aligning content with rest of business, including Social, Trade, and CRM
- In touch with evolving digital trends and looking at ways to further innovate and incorporate into existing eventing structures
- Regular admin and reporting tasks. Ensure correct tracking of events’ performance and
- conduct regular reporting to help shape the events strategy.
- Support with ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- High attention to detail and able to multi task
- Efficient worker and comfortable in a continually adapting and fast paced environment.
- Proactive, ambitious, self starter.
- Creative and empowered while maintaining an analytical mindset
- Good understanding of basic technology
- Some junior/intern experience within beauty, fashion or retail
