My client is a leading Global Beauty brand based in London, they are looking for a Digital Marketing director to develop the global Digital Marketing strategy and operating model in conjunction with the Digital Leadership team. This is a career defining role as there is the opportunity to reinvigorate the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the global digital marketing strategy (Paid digital media, affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing)and operating model to deliver against growth targets
• Plan and executive the digital marketing activity (EMEA)
• Responsible for budget execution guidance to other markets
• Work with the Ecommerce Directors and broader stakeholders to set budgets across digital marketing
• Work with the Brand and Customer stakeholders to develop digital content and campaign strategy
• Use in house insight and analytics to drive business
• Ensure effective and efficient end to end customer experience
• Main point of contact in the business for digital marketing
• Ensure digital marketing strategy aligns with broader customer acquisition and retention strategy

Experience required:

• Digital Marketing leader, with experience from an multi channel, retail environment
• Experience driving sales growth across multiple countries
• Excellent understanding of ecommerce, SEO, social media, CRM, loyalty and paid digital media
• Effective leader
