My Client a global subscription-based entertainment brand operating in over 14 different locations worldwide is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive for a 12-month FTC. Great opportunity to join a rapidly growing global organisation.

The Role:

The position will be reporting into the Head of Customer Acquisition and will be supporting the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate would be interested in the entertainment industry, new media, and the opportunity to work in digital business transformation.

The working environment is progressive, dynamic, fun and fast-paced. The team are passionate about what they do but also have a clear vision of where they want to be, and they are now looking for an experienced digital marketing executive to join their team and help support strategic priorities across the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the digital marketing team in campaign execution and admin required to drive performance across various paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, and Affiliate networks.
  • Support in driving down the cost per acquisition and achieving subscriber acquisition targets in key markets.
  • Manage creative pipeline for the digital marketing team, working closely with in house design and production teams.
  • Build and segment audiences based on user data for campaign targeting.
  • Budget tracking and PO management for key agency partners and vendors.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • One to two years’ experience on the agency or client-side managing media buying/optimization for user acquisition.
  • Experience running paid media campaigns within either Facebook or Google networks and familiar with evaluating performance across industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high priority projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, digital environment working with different business functions across content, marketing, finance, and product. Both locally and internationally.
  • Strong written, and presentation skills.
