The Client
My client is a luxury real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management. The UK business is rapidly growing, providing exceptional student accommodation as well as an expanding portfolio of professional rental properties.

The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing for the UK business and will support the UK Marketing Lead in both the day-to-day and strategic marketing of our portfolios. This role will have ownership and accountability for revenue and results through the online marketing strategy across all digital channels.

Main Job Responsibilities
* Define the annual digital marketing leasing strategy for UK portfolios and setting and achieving commercial, brand and KPI targets.
* Manage the PPC campaigns and budgets, including bid optimisations and ad copy creation
* Develop, implement and manage the execution of SEO strategies to increase organic rankings
* Deliver and refine the CRM and email strategy to drive customer growth and retention.
* Plan and execute international digital media campaigns to influence reach, increase direct sales and brand awareness.
* Create and oversee the execution of digital marketing calendars that work in synergy with each brands full marketing plan

Key Skills and Experience
* Experience with using Content Management Systems, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO measurement tools, CRM and ESP providers
* Proven track record in a similar with demonstrated experience in delivering and managing a multiple marketing campaigns whilst maximising ROI and improving lead conversion rates.
* Ability to plan strategic long term digital marketing campaigns and respond swiftly and tactically to immediate digital and broader business needs
* Excellent understanding of SEO, including strategic content development and e-commerce and digital customer experience.
* Experience creating effective website content for target markets in and outside of the UK
* Demonstrated management and leadership skills sufficient to recruit, lead, direct, evaluate and manage team members to achieve high performance.
