Digital / Marketing Manager

I am currently working with an amazing tech retail start up, based in a fantastic co-working space in the heart of London. Having recently moved into the UK market from America, my client are looking for an experienced Digital / Marketing Manager to drive sales and cement themselves into the UK.

This company is set to be a market leader, and you’ll have responsibility for their marketing function, with a mix of strategic, hands on work and agency and stakeholder management.

If you have a background in FMCG, b2c Start Ups, or a role in the regulatory industry this could be a great match.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the marketing and brand strategy in line with company objectives

• Identifying target markets and developing relevant communication strategies

• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities

• Development of acquisition and retention strategy

• Responsibility for marketing budget and approval of marketing department spend

• Managing and updating social media channels

• Manage website and content management system

• Manage Seo

• PR management

• Manage and run Email Marketing campaigns

• Manage the CRM system

• Write internal and external copy

• Use analytics tools to report on campaigns to senior members of staff

• Stakeholder Management Skills

Essential Attributes:

• Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations

• Ability to be hands on with all marketing functions

• Excellent relationship building, including senior management and external agencies

• Relevant experience of both communicating and driving revenue through the web

• Appreciation of the industry

• Experience in a regulated industry or FMCG
