Their mission is to revolutionise education and the way kids fall in love with learning after their founder had an eye-opening experience whilst helping her own child study. Bringing learning to life via animated word games, well-illustrated data-driven books and soon to be interactive games via apps – they’re enabling kids to re-imagine the dictionary to help improve their vocabulary and writing skills.

The Role:

This is an amazing opportunity to join a start-up in growth and put your stamp on their digital marketing. If you have experience in Mobile App Gaming and other skills such as Paid search and SEO. Please apply using the link.

Responsibilities

* Proactively contribute to developing the overall paid and organic strategy for mobile app

* Take a full ownership of campaign management ensuring that performance meets business goals, you’ll need to be comfortable being hands-on running large scale mobile app campaigns, and ideally will have ran these across multiple regions/countries

* Own KPIS and reporting, and ensure weekly reports are shared with the rest of the team

* Develop campaign content roadmap and work with the creative and app team on execution

Desired skills & experience

  • Mobile App Gaming experience crucial
  • Hands on experience managing campaigns via Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, In-app display
  • Full digital media mix management
  • Paid media expertise, including SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, referral programs, affiliates etc…
  • Excellent communicator, able to deal with multiple stakeholders in multiple territories, and can galvanize a team to overachieve
  • Ability to deal with multiple deadlines
  • Project management in an agile environment
  • Budget management, tracking invoice processing, reconciliation
  • Highly organized individual
  • A desire to push for cultural change from within, and adopt a customer-first approach
