Salt is partnered with an exciting up and coming publishing brand who have recently have a successful round of funding by leading global investors. Their mission is to revolutionise education and the way kids fall in love with learning after their founder had an eye-opening experience whilst helping her own child study. Bringing learning to life via animated word games, well-illustrated data-driven books and soon to be interactive games via apps – they’re enabling kids to re-imagine the dictionary to help improve their vocabulary and writing skills.

The Role:

My client is looking for a talented, and highly analytical performance marketer to work as part of a team to help grow the print products, sales and also support the new app launch.

Your responsibilities

  • Establish and develop the overall paid and organic search strategy for print products and also the app
  • Take a full ownership of campaign management ensuring that performance meets business goals, you’ll need to be comfortable being hands on running PPC and SEO campaigns, and ideally will have ran these across multiple regions/countries
  • Own KPIs and reporting, and ensure weekly reports are shared with the rest of the team
  • Develop campaign content roadmap and work with the creative and web team on execution
  • Take full ownership of paid search funnel optimisation
  • Help to test and develop new channels like Youtube, mobile display and other

You must have:

  • 3+ years in managing ROI driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands on experience in using Google Ad words and other Ad Management platforms delivering excellent results.
  • Experience in or understanding of children’s entertainment, books and games
  • B2C experience
  • Highly commercial and analytical mindset, able to pull strong insight from data to make powerful and effective recommendations
  • Full understanding of complex KPI dependencies, impact of marketing messaging and creatives, and landing page optimisation.
  • Experience of working in a high growth fast pace start up environment.
