Salt is proud to partner with a rapidly growing eGaming Platform as they seek to hire an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager for an immediate starting, minimum 3 month contract role on their team. This role is fully remote working and ideally suit a talented contract freelancer who is passionate about driving impact, is dynamic in skillset and can hit the ground running in an extremely exciting and rapidly growing market – the eSports/Gaming space!
Key Role Requirements:
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company’s digital products and lend skills to additional projects where capacity allows
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Advise on strategies that will encourage migration of user to the owned platform
- Work with internal data team to report on campaign performance
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
Skills Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
