Digital Marketing Manager

Greater London Permanent £50000.00 - £64000.00 per annum

My client is an exciting challenger within the super speed world of broadband – with an over £250m investment so far… they are growing. FAST! We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be working in collaboration with the wider marketing team, sales team, and project management team to plan, manage and execute B2C focused performance marketing campaign activities and optimise the acquisition plan to drive the growth and majority share of business acquisition through the digital channel.

Who you are? What you will be doing?

  • Responsible for planning, managing, and optimising the digital acquisition campaigns across all paid digital channels in collaborating with media agency and wider marketing team.
  • Responsible for effective digital acquisition budget management and forecasting future spend to achieve business growth targets.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective measurement of digital campaign and their effectiveness. Plus, ability to share and apply learning into future campaigns to drive growth and KPIs.
  • Responsible for demonstrating the relationship between digital marketing channel campaign KPIs and business/commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with broad range of stakeholders with Marketing and outside of marketing to ensure the digital acquisition is supporting current business needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and news, keeping the team up to date with all the latest developments.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience working in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in coordinating digital acquisition campaign with agencies across, PPC, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates etc.
  • Experienced in digital campaign planning and collaborating on integrating marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, AB testing, Google Analytics and how they can generate insight to optimise the digital acquisition performance.
  • Knowledge of Ad Serving platforms such as AdWords and Meta. The targeting, media buying and campaign optimisation opportunities the platforms provide.
  • Collaborative, self-starter, and able to drive projects from inception to execution.
