My client, a top travel company, are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to generate direct to brand revenue including website, mobile and App, through a complementary range of digital marketing channels. Primary focus is to drive digital acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for digital Marketing and coordinate all related functions towards achieving this strategic goal
- Manage all digital marketing to drive quality acquisition traffic
- Effective management of roster of digital agencies, to meet commercial targets
- Ensure the Digital Marketing team and agencies have all appropriate resources and materials to achieve target
- Establish regular performance reporting and meetings for PPC, Display, Affiliates and SEO
- Ensure all media is optimised to deliver against plans while ensuring is ahead of the competition
- Set digital media KPI’s for PPC, Display, SEO and Affiliates
- SEO to include both on and off site activity together with outreach and engagement including a Blog strategy
- Write a PPC growth strategy that achieves 100% SOV on brand and expands to mobile and App
- Write a Affiliates growth strategy that optimises different networks
- Write a search synergy strategy to optimised both paid and organic search
- Introduce a ‘test and learn’ strategy across all digital media and creative with regular reporting
- Leverage analytics and customer insight to continuously optimise the ROI of the paid media
- Ensure digital media is always ‘switched on’ including brand PPC
- Work with Website team to create weekly Digital Dashboard Reporting
Skills:
- +6 years experience in ecommerce and driving revnue via paid media
- +6 years working in a competitive and highly pressured B2C environment
- Responsible for driving ecommerce revenue across desktop and mobile
- Team management and development experience
- Work with key internal stakeholders including commercial teams and senior management
- Agency management including creative and media
- Identifying and running KPI reporting and dashboards
