Digital Programme Manager (Interim)

Surrey Contract / 6 Months + £300 - £400.00 per day

My client is a leading retail business who is looking for a Digital Programme Manager to look at the whole of Europe.

As the Digital Programme Manager you will play a key leadership role, reporting into the European Director.

You will help establish this discipline within the team and ensure that all projects are reported on a regular basis and timely fashion, as well as delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards;

You will support all functional teams in Digital (i.e. Analytics, Acquisition, CRM/Retention/Loyalty, Platforms, B2C and B2B, Direct to consumer e-Commerce, etc.) so leadership, organisation and charisma will be key;

Whilst you will focus on functional projects within Digital, you will also work closely with the overall Marketing PMO function which coordinates cross-functional projects across Brand and Communications, PR, CMI and Omnichannel;

You will need to be able to report and communicate to all levels of the organisation (Presidents, VPs, Directors, Senior Managers, etc.) but also across all teams including finance, sales and customer service and act as a bridge with those other parts of the business.

Skills:

  • Has a dedicated and independent approach and has a positive and responsible attitude
  • Has an extensive digital marketing background
  • Has Specific experience within a Digital Programme capacity
  • Is able to define delivery strategy and execute tactically
  • Can appropriately present to all levels across many discipline
  • AEM/Adobe Cloud and Hybris experience
  • Experience within the consumer electronics industry preferably within a big brand
  • A degree or equivalent in Business or Project Management
  • Global or European experience
  • Superb attention to detail and thrive in working under pressure and often to tight deadlines
  • Be brilliant a multitasking and be extremely organised
  • Strong leadership skills, a positive mind-set
  • Flexibility and confidence and be great at adapting to a constantly evolving priorities and environment
