I’m currently working with one of the world’s biggest advertisers. On the hunt for a driven, motivated and highly capable Digital Transformation and Capability Manager to be one of the key change agents for their UK&I Digital Transformation.
Key Resonsiblities:
- Execute the digital change and capability development agenda across the UKI business.
- Drive the adoption of key digital tools and capabilities being rolled out across the business across content, media, ecommerce and data marketing.
- Measure and track the implementation of digital capability building and propose innovative solutions to adjust the plan and solve challenges in an agile way
- Evangelise a digital mindset including driving the adoption of data-driven, performance marketing culture, experimentation, learning and iteration
- Key member of the UKI Digital Transformation programme headed up by the Data & Digital Director and sponsored by the UK&I General Manager.
- Lead one of the key programme work streams to drive continuous improvement in online consumer experiences
- Work collaboratively with the Data & Digital Transformation Director and Category Digital Leads to develop plans to de-silo and optimise the ways of working to more effectively deliver consumer experience excellence across. the MCO.
- Be a leading change agent in implementing and embedding a new marketing and ecommerce operating model (working with the Marketing Transformation Director) where data driven marketing and agile ways of working are the new norm.
Key Skills
- A track record of developing & executing digital change and capability strategies including use of digital as a competitive advantage
- Demonstratable experience in transforming large organisations through disruptive digital change
- Strong understanding of Consumer Journey mapping and Consumer Experience management, activating reach/ engagement opportunities and driving conversion across key touch-points.
- Cross-discipline digital knowledge including but not limited to Social and Search, data driven marketing and an appreciation of emerging technology including voice and AI.
- Experience in agile ways of working preferred
