My client, one of the most well-known, global consumer goods companies, is hiring for a newly created role to lead their digital strategy across marketing. Aside from the obvious excitement behind working for a global brand, this is an opportunity to be a key factor in a massive digital transformation.

THE ROLE

You will report into the Category Vice President, this is a pivotal moment in transforming my client’s marketing campaigns across media, data, CRM, content, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have experience growing and building out a team, writing digital strategy, and have the ability to manage long term agency relationships. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to own and build the digital strategy for a world-renowned company.

• Focus on key digital channels, re-defining & localising global strategy.
• To direct experts driving campaigns to set the strategy, critical success factors and calendar of events for 2019.
• To support the local marketing brand teams on digital campaigns to deliver growth and an excellent consumer experience.
• To support the local marketing brand teams on ecommerce campaigns and innovation to deliver growth and an excellent consumer experience.
• To manage key partner agency relationships.
• To build digital capability across the organisation.

To be considered…

• Have set up your own team and demonstrated leadership experience over digital team
• Strong insights experience
• Have managed key partner agency relationships
• Create roadmap and have written clear digital strategy
• Ecommerce experience
• 7+ years digital and consumer experience, would consider agency experience
• Developing 3 year digital strategies that unlock brand/category potential
