eCommerce Operations Consultant

My client are a growing company and attracting major attention globally.

They are looking for an eCommerce Operations Consultant to join their team and focus on driving their eCommerce and redevelop the existing plan/strategy/processes to truly take it to the next level.

The role will see you responsible for;

• Developing and leading the eCommerce strategy with the view to adapt it and driving work in international markets too
• Maximise sales opportunity by establishing relationships and working alongside the eCommerce platforms eg Amazon, Google etc.
• Implementing general marketing metrics, KPI’s and also reporting/analysing to better future campaigns
• Work with retailers, trade support and POS teams to ensure campaigns are successfully launched.
• Focus on the customer journey, UX and life-cycle to attain/retain
• Generating more sales, publicity, awareness and customer engagement.

The client are looking for;

• An accomplished eCommerce professional who can illustrate experience of improving the overall capabilities in eCommerce and operation
• Experience in analysing, reviewing and reporting performance and sales data to inform strategy and drive better results
• A marketing professional with a good understanding of marketing campaigns across several channels and audiences

Day Rate: DOE
Duration: Initially 3 Months with the view to extend
Location: London
