EMEA Marketing Lead – London – £60-80K plus Bonus

My client are on a mission to eliminate fraud within the world of ecommerce. Since 2013, they have been innovating fraud detection technology through our fully automated, real time solution. Founded in 2013 they have since grown to 150+ people across the US, EMEA and APAC with our R&D centre in Israel. Their rapid growth has largely been down to the ability to offer a unique ability to increase sales and indemnify merchants against the costs of fraud. This has enabled the company to sign up many of the largest global e-commerce merchants and online travel agencies.

Having received a recent Series D funding round of $50m for further international expansion, they are now looking to hire their first marketer on the ground in London, focusing on demand generation and brand evangelism within our EU target merchant base.
Working closely with the GM EU and reporting to the VP Marketing, you will work strategically designing and delivering EU pipeline growth and brand management.

THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support the growth of customer acquisition through increased audience mindshare and conditioning of the EU markets towards the brand. The role requires an individual with demonstrated success in the power of networking, focus and process-driven strategies to drive lead acquisition, retention and brand recognition across target markets. The ideal candidate will be available either immediately or on 1 months’ notice.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Strategically identify EU target audiences and creatively develop branded marketing ideas for acquisition and engagement
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key partners and influencers in the industry
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to identify, attend and develop partnerships around events; whilst participating in relevant industry events and conferences
  • Establish and manage EU referral plans and influencer relationships
  • Produce compelling sales collateral for the Business Development Teams
  • Oversee EU content strategy and implement powerful and engaging content for distribution on social media channels and website for lead acquisition
  • Manage the PR agency relationship and help with the brand storytelling
  • Use marketing automation tools to engage customers.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • At least 6-8 years within a B2B marketing role with a demonstrable background in demand generation marketing tactics
  • European or EMEA marketing experience
  • Strong exposure to SaaS with desirable focus on ecommerce customers
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of brand building and managing a PR agency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator
  • Proactive and a self-starter, with great stakeholder engagement ability
  • Experience of working for a matrix organisation.
