Position Title: Engagement & Communications Manager, Global Decision Analytics

THE ROLE

As Engagement & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading highly inspiring and creative internal communications and people engagement campaigns for our 850 Global Decision Analytics (DA) employees, amplifying our reach to a further 12000 regional DA colleagues and beyond the 19,000 employees worldwide. A key part of this role will be inspiring employees to have trust and confidence in leadership and understanding and belief in our vision and strategy. You will do this through partnering with the Global Managing Director to develop a comprehensive programme of leadership and strategy communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead the internal communications strategy for Global DA and the business units within it, including awareness and thought leadership in the regions
• Make sure Global DA’s strategy and key initiatives are understood and supported by regional DA teams by taking an integrated global-regional approach to communications.
• Develop and lead an end-to-end strategy to increase employee engagement with a comprehensive programme of a diverse mix of communication channels – including town halls, webinars, and online collaboration platforms – driving high employee engagement, strategy awareness and help power our ambition

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Creativity, high-judgement and self-motivation, and communications professional
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills and ability to act as a trusted communications adviser to senior executives
• Minimum 7years experience
