THE COMPANY

My client is a UK based privately held computer software company based in the heart of London, that provide open source software, covering the majority of public cloud workloads and large-scale private cloud deployments. Their product is also the preferred choice to develop and run applications such as AI or blockchain. In addition to all of this, they are also leading in smart IoT with new smart gateways, self-driving cars and advanced humanoid robots being developed. They provide Enterprise product, support and services.

THE ROLE

The team is looking for a digital marketing specialist / growth hacker, to continue to increase the adoption of their core product and of the commercial services offered by brand around this product. You will rapidly iterate and test approaches to the customer through the website, social media, partners etc. to lift sales, by lifting traffic, lifting conversions, lifting engagement and so retentions, and suggest developments in areas managed by members of the comms team.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on defining appropriate AARRR Sales Metrics depending on the project (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
  • Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those Metrics
  • A/B test ideas across channels
  • Analysing the data and users’ feedback.
  • Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, sales, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
  • Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps…
  • Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels
  • Scaling and Automating the growth processes
  • Some international travel required.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • At least 2-3 years Digital Marketing Acquisition experience within a B2B environment
  • You likely have a mix of technical, creative and analytical skills, and experience of A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), conversion rate optimisation, analysis of results etc.
  • Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience, with previous experience in growth hacking stack
  • Enough HTML/CSS/JS and graphic editing skills to be able to set up A/B tests
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales with AWS Marketplace experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a globally-distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation;
  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
  • Innate interest in learning about customers behaviour through both numbers and qualitative data
  • Being performance and results-oriented
