The Company
My client is a Fintech business whose aim is to educate people about their finances. They are a free to use financial advice app mainly aimed at self-employed people.

The Role
The Growth Manager will be an analytical marketer with an exceptional ability to use digital channels to achieve key commercial objectives.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the digital acquisition strategy
  • Structure campaigns as tests, come up with smart hypotheses and design experiments to prove or disprove them.
  • Design marketing strategies that achieve business objectives and are rooted in a thorough understanding of the target market.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Designed and executed the digital acquisition strategy for a B2C mobile app.
  • Delivery and execution experience across (but not limited to) app store optimstion programmatic, paid social, paid search, digital display, facebook and youtube.
  • Experience creating affiliate programmes with partners and influencers.
  • Demonstrable experience of designing marketing campaigns to increase ROI, acquisition or retention.
  • Experience in a Fintech startup is a plus
