My client, a sustainable, subscription based food and alcohol delivery service making significant impact on the earth (whoop!) are looking for a digital growth lead to build out their customer growth marketing and drive both online and offline conversion.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee all digital channels including direct mail, paid social and search, partnerships, events, outbound calling, and email
• Manage strategic plan for direct response customer acquisition with ownership end to end
• Help develop and manage events with marketing agencies
• Driving a data led approach with the marketing analyst and drive team to monitor and keep on top of numbers

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years’ experience in a direct response customer acquisition or growth marketing role

• Experience in a subscriptions based company would be ideal! Otherwise, an online consumer brand
