The Company
My client is a Fintech payments company. They are a fast-growing global startup and this role will be one the first in their new London office.

The Role

• Design digital lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to create landing pages, optimise user experience and implement strategies
• Plan and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns including; web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Key Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising
• Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Previous experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
