Growth Marketing Manager – London – £65/75k + Equity

Salt is partnered with a well-funded American technology platform who have recently raised a significant amount of investment to launch their product in the UK and Europe.

We’re looking for a data-driven, entrepreneurial and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join this well-funded consumer technology platform to help drive customer acquisition and successfully launch their product here in the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small team building something great. You will have a direct impact on growth in a technology company that is disrupting a multi-billion dollar industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all online and offline marketing activity for the UK
• Drive local user acquisition and retention
• Launch new campaigns whilst optimising existing ones with the support of the central team and agencies
• Monitor and report on performance metrics of paid campaigns and optimise them to achieve positive ROI results
• Reporting on strategic insight that can be leveraged across the team

Experience Required

• Education in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  
• 3+ years experience in Online Marketing, Growth and Strategy
• Proficient in conducting detailed data analyses and using metrics to drive business results
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
