Package: € 80-110,000 + bonus + benefits

I am excited to be working with a globally renowned technology brand, as they search for a Head of Account Based Marketing to join their dynamic and expert team, based in Dusseldorf.

Currently amidst an exciting digital transformation, this business has a focus on ensuring innovative technologies are teamed with reputable customer delivery. As a result, they seek a well established ABM expert, with a career built in a B2B environment, to educate, grow and lead this transformation.

Ultimately responsible for building a new framework that will engage with customers and drive the businesses existing global key accounts, the ABM Lead will –

• Be responsible for developing and deploying ABM strategies while supporting technologies old and new
• Demonstrate experience in setting up and scaling the ABM function within a B2B environment – ideally within a technology focused business
• Demonstrate experience of working cross-functionally, with teams across the business – not just limited to marketing or digital
• Be able to adapt quickly to new ways of working and thrive in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
• Possess superior communication ability – with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire all, from junior team members through to C-Suite executives

While based in Germany, German language skills are not necessary, and a relocation package will be offered for candidates outside the Dusseldorf area.
