The Client

My client is an exciting tech start-up who are developing a platform that can be used to help with all of life’s big decisions. Their service enables millions of people to connect with the best professionals and the quickest, simplest solutions for their needs.

The Role

Leading a team of 4, the Head of Consumer Marketing will ensure that they reach and help as many people facing tough decisions as possible. The role would suit somebody who has experience in a multi-channel, strategic role, who still isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be tasked with moving the relationship with customers from a once-only transaction to a lifelong relationship.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Devise and deliver a creative and holistic digital marketing strategy aimed at educating potential customers about and inspiring trust in their product
• Create an exceptional account experience.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of all the metrics that matter, especially their conversion rates and cost of customer acquisition.
• Acquisition of quality customers through online and offline channels.
• Research, analysis and insight into customer behaviours across all touchpoints

Key Skills and Experience

• You are a senior marketeer with experience of both online and offline channels
• Experience in a B2C tech startup
• Demonstrable experience of driving engagement and increasing transactional value
• You have a test and learn mentality when it comes to customer acquisition
