My client, a well-known consumer brand, is looking for a Head of Global Demand Generation to develop the company’s demand generation strategy for their B2B business. The principal aim is to better qualify and nurture inbound leads via marketing automation, but also to steer the optimisation of the company’s primary acquisition point, their website.

The suitable candidate will be working as a Demand Generation Manager on a global level with experience in managing a diverse and large volume customer base. Additionally, previous experience in managing a website revamp is beneficial.

About the job

· Create and develop the demand generation strategy for the brand’s B2B business, ensuring activities are accurately executed via regional marketing teams.

· Optimise the user journey on the website, to maximise conversion of prospects to leads

· Manage the brand’s implementation of Pardot.

· Act as a leader and adviser in educating all team members within the business on the role of marketing.

· Work alongside Finance and Analyst teams to establish reporting on Marketing KPIs.

· Provide recommendation and solutions to improve the efficiency of processes.

What You’ll Need

· Currently operating as a Demand Generation Manager level.

· Experience working on a Global level.

· Pardot or similar Marketing Automation system experience.

· CRM experience.

· Assertive and highly influential.
