My client is looking for a Digital Director to lead their fast, growing team. This company is already global; with over 80 stand alone vendors and the aim to revolutionise the FMCG industry!

Not only will you be a key factor in their ability to take this exciting business to the next level, but you will expand the team over time as they continue to grow from strength to strength.

About the job

• Lead the development of the strategic direction of the brand
• Plan, develop, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage the execution of all elements of the marketing plan
• Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs and social media)
• Raise product and brand awareness of existing and new targets to generate leads and opportunities
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

What You’ll Need

• At least 8 years’ experience in a Digital role managing a team
• Experience in FMCG/retail or start-up environment
• Strategic thinking and a creative approach
• Desire to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
