The Role:

I’m seeking a highly experienced Head of Digital Marketing to support and drive growth in digital revenues across the company’s brands. Key accountabilities for this role include supporting subscriber acquisition; driving the growth of website traffic, email opens and clicks, and deeper user engagement in our websites. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the Digital Marketing team with responsibility for SEO, PPC and Email Marketing functions.

You must have the following:

• Manage the SEO team overseeing site optimisation, keywork research, competitive analysis and content planning across all brands
• Oversee the Email Marketing team, ensuring email marketing campaigns are delivered on time and reach their intended audience
• Oversee the management of PPC campaigns undertaken by the team ensuring that return on investment is maximised
• Oversee the Email Marketing team, ensuring email marketing campaigns are delivered on time and reach their intended audience
• Develop policies and processes to manage requests coming into the team, ensuring appropriate prioritisation so that all activities are handled within agreed timeframes and the response to the business is timely and efficient
• Strong in-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC and Email Marketing and emerging trends in these areas

Qualifications and Personality

• Completed a degree/qualification in marketing/digital marketing.
• Well organised with the ability to be self-sufficient and manager your own workload
• Proven commercial acumen, energetic and forward-thinking individual
