The Company:

The Role:

Reporting directly into the CMO, you will develop and implement a strategy across the entire digital marketing mix to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate digital acquisition strategy
• Lead and develop a small team of digital marketing professionals
• Select and manage performance agencies for PPC, Affiliates and SEO
• Set and monitor KPI’s for measuring success of digital campaigns
• Develop best practices and benchmarks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Significant digital marketing experience, with a deep understanding of all marketing channels, specifically PPC and SEO
• Data-driven and analytical, with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Extensive consumer marketing experience
• A hands-on leader, with a commercial and strategic mindset
• Customer focused and results based approach
• Thrive in a flat, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience, influencing and engaging key relationships at senior director level
• Keen interest in the latest technology developments and trends
• High-energy, brimming with ideas and the drive to make them happen
