VP of Enterprise Marketing – London/Oxford – £90-120K plus Bonus

Working in collaboration with the Marketing Director, you will be a deviser, drier, disruptor and a make-it-happen marketing leader. A business-wide influencer, delivering strategies and campaigns that put the brand’s new and emerging products and services on the map. Making them the ones to watch and want worldwide. In short, the new business product portfolio is in your hands, it’s your role to shape it strategically, galvanise it commercially and inspire and lead the company forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop, implement and drive the delivery of the marketing strategy for new products and services in the UK, US and EMEA
  • Work closely and forge strong working relationships with the New Products and Services Commercial Director and their business development team to shape a Go to Market strategy for new products and services as they evolve
  • Create a commercial development road map for all products and services that meet new pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop successful market proposition and messaging for new products and programmes
  • Create relevant marketing collateral and communication programmes to support new product launches
  • Define and track customer segments for each new product
  • Define a pricing strategy for all new products, including a tactical marketing plan
  • Develop key performance metrics for all marketing investments
  • Explore opportunities to further product reach and increase sales
  • Be an inspirational leader across the business providing expert marketing advice
  • Manage relevant budgets to ensure that the marketing spend is within defined financial plans and ensure that resources are targeted to achieve business priorities
  • Be accountable for the successful execution of all marketing campaigns, working with Head of Marketing and Head of Content to deliver ROI and ensure continuous improvement
  • Identify, devise and deliver relevant market research programmes, gather competitor analysis, track market trends, etc. and interpret results and share insight across the business

Skills and requirements

  • In depth knowledge (at least 8-10 years) of B2B enterprise and demand generation marketing in a tech environment essential
  • Proven experience of successfully launching new products and services and growing new business streams in a tech environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Business awareness and knowledge of the technology and internet marketplace
  • Analytically minded with the ability to analyse data / research
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
  • Ability to prioritise, manage expectations, plan and resource projects.
