Head of Brand & Growth – £65,000 – £75,000 – FinTech – London

Exciting opportunity to join a FinTech startup. Looking to speak to creative & analytical Marketing Directors to join the team to create & execute high-level marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the Brand strategy to acquire new customers
• Define the B2C organic growth strategy
• Manage Paid Social & Paid search (SEO/Google Ads) growth
• Manage the content & social media channels
• Oversight across all marketing channels, build on existing channels and test & scale new ones

Ideally looking for a smart and well-rounded candidate who is not afraid to be Hands-On in the short term and build a world-class marketing function in the long term

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience across a broad range of marketing and growth disciplines (Brand, Growth, Performance)
• B2C Customer Acquisition background
• Start-up Background (preferably FinTech but open as long as you have Hands on Execution experience)
• Strong background in Brand
• Analytical driven marketer with a good eye for branding & creative
• Has managed marketing agencies
• Has experience managing and building a team
• High-Growth Start-up Experience
