The Client
My client is one of the world’s first crypto wealth management platforms. They have offices around the world and this role will be based out of London.

The Role
This is a key role as their Marketing team is at the heart of this mission, building a strong brand, bringing new customers and helping to keep them happy and engaged. Reporting to the Co-Founders, this role will be responsible for developing their brand, creating customer insight around the company, and for creating great campaigns that inspire customers.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Build a strong brand across all stakeholders – employees, contributors, the crypto community, mainstream customers, specialist and personal financial journalists and analysts/market commentators.
• Create and design the marketing strategy that will support revenue growth plans.
• Performance and optimization marketing management from prospecting, through interest, engagement, adoption, continued use and advocacy.
• Build and manage website content – engage with influencers to contribute to our platform, liaise with.
• Oversee and approve all communications to the staff, community, Strategic Partners, and other external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience in building communities, creating programs and managing resources in order to better understand the needs of the community and improve product offerings.
• Expert hands-on social media and analytical marketing experience.
• Experience developing and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and a high comfort with quantitative analysis of campaign impact and measurement of ROI
• A strong desire to learn about the Blockchain and Crypto assets and the players in the ecosystem.
• Experience working in both agency and client side, and financial services experience is preferred.
