My client has just completed Series A funding and are looking for a Marketing Head to join their growing team of 30. This company is already global; with offices in Israel and the US as well as the UK. Their solution offers football clubs a technology-based training solution that helps improve player performance; and as they expand on this proposition, the targeted sports industries will do too. Now the need is here for an experienced B2B Marketer with tech industry background, as well as a serious passion for football.

Not only will you be the first on the ground, but you will expand the team over time as the business grows from strength to strength.

About the job

  • Lead the development of the strategic direction of the brand
  • Manage the execution of all elements of the marketing plan (PR, BTL), from briefing agencies through to delivery
  • Determine positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications
  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy to drive demand
  • Raise product and brand awareness of existing and new targets to generate leads and opportunities into the sales pipeline
  • Generate a data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics to separate signal from noise
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Managing suppliers and service providers
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines

What You’ll Need

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing campaigns and communications within a B2B technology business
  • Strategic thinking
  • Experience using tools such as Marketo and Google Analytics
  • Basic performance insights (working with Linkedin, Adwords, Twitter)
  • A creative approach
  • An energetic and positive attitude
  • Commerciality (performance management and budget management)
