Head of Marketing Girfts and Brand Planning

Head of Marketing (Gifts and Brand), £60,000, London

My client is a leading and global beauty brand and they are looking for their next Marketing star to join the Brand team to accelerate brad growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define the brand planning partnering with Category and Customer teams
• Drive the marketing strategy for Gifting, Events and gifting holidays (ie Christmas and Mothers Day)
• To provide new and innovative ideas including new gifting ideas, gifting activation and pricing
• Launch gifting events around major holidays such as Christmas, Ramadan and Valentines day
• Manage a team of 3 direct reports ( lead coach and develop the team)
• Make decisions on Pricing and Discounts on gifts
• Present Gifting strategy to senior team members

To apply for this role you must have experience in:

• Defining a Marketing plan to accelerate brand growth
• Managing a team
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Preferably have experience in beauty/cosmetics
• Able to Work to tight deadlines
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Able to present to senior stakeholders
